Full-Arch Dental Implants in Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach & Westchester

Restore Your Smile with a Permanent, Non-Removable Solution
Patients missing most or all of their teeth no longer need to live with uncomfortable dentures. At Oral Surgery Partners, our team of board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons in Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, and Westchester specialize in full-arch dental implant solutions — including the All-on-4® treatment concept.
These advanced procedures replace an entire upper or lower arch with implant-supported prosthetic teeth that are stable, natural-looking, and long-lasting.
What Is Full-Arch Dental Implant Treatment?
Full-arch dental implants are designed for patients who are missing multiple teeth in one or both arches. Instead of replacing each tooth individually, this approach uses a series of strategically placed implants (usually 4 to 6) to anchor a complete set of upper or lower teeth.
This option provides patients with fixed, non-removable teeth that look and function just like natural teeth — without the slipping, adhesives, or dietary restrictions of dentures.
Benefits of Full-Arch Dental Implants
- Permanent tooth replacement
- Restores full chewing strength — eat your favorite foods again
- Prevents jawbone loss and facial collapse
- No adhesives, no slipping, no sore spots
- Natural-looking aesthetics
- Improves confidence, speech, and quality of life
- One-time investment with a much longer lifespan than dentures
- Often placed in a single day in qualified cases
The All-on-4® Treatment Concept
One of the most popular full-arch solutions is the All-on-4® treatment concept. This technique uses four implants to support a full set of upper or lower teeth. It maximizes available bone and often avoids the need for bone grafting.
It’s ideal for patients who:
- Have lost most or all of their teeth
- Want to avoid or replace dentures
- Want fixed, non-removable teeth
- Need a cost-effective solution for full-mouth restoration
Many patients walk out the same day with a full arch of temporary, functional teeth, followed by their permanent restoration after healing.
How the Full-Arch Treatment Works
1. Consultation and Imaging
You’ll meet with an experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon near you to evaluate your oral health, bone density, and determine if you’re a candidate for same-day placement. A full 3D CBCT scan will be taken for digital planning.
2. Surgical Procedure
During your procedure, 4–6 implants will be placed at precise angles and depths to maximize contact with the bone. In many cases, extractions and implant placement are done in one visit, with sedation or general anesthesia available for your comfort.
3. Temporary Prosthesis
A temporary set of teeth is attached to the implants on the same day or shortly after surgery. This gives you a functional and attractive smile while your implants integrate with the jawbone.
4. Final Restoration
After 3 to 6 months of healing, your restorative dentist will place your permanent prosthesis — crafted for ideal bite, comfort, and natural esthetics.

Frequently Asked QuestionsFull-Arch Treatment
What makes full-arch implants better than dentures?
Full-arch implants are fixed in place, support your jawbone, restore your full bite, and feel like real teeth. Dentures sit on top of the gums, often shift, and do not prevent bone loss.
How many implants are needed for a full arch?
Typically 4 to 6 implants per arch. The exact number depends on your bone quality and treatment plan.
Can I get new teeth the same day?
In many cases, yes. This is known as “teeth in a day” or immediate load implants. After implant placement, a temporary prosthesis is secured while healing takes place.
How long do full-arch dental implants last?
With proper care, implants can last a lifetime. The prosthesis (final teeth) may need occasional maintenance, but the implants themselves are highly durable.
Does insurance cover full-arch implants?
Coverage varies. We accept most major PPO plans and are in-network with Delta Dental PPO. We also offer CareCredit and financing options.
