Dr. Rohin Ambaram is a dual-degreed oral and maxillofacial surgeon serving patients across Westchester, Redondo Beach, and Manhattan Beach. With a background in both medicine and dentistry, Dr. Ambaram provides comprehensive surgical care that blends clinical precision with a strong emphasis on patient comfort and safety.
He is passionate about restoring oral health, improving facial aesthetics, and helping patients return to full function through advanced surgical techniques including dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, and facial trauma repair.
Education & Training
A Northern California native, Dr. Ambaram completed his undergraduate studies at University of California, Davis, earning placement on the Dean’s Honor List for academic achievement. He then relocated to Southern California for dental school at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
Driven by a passion for complex surgical care, Dr. Ambaram earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Wayne State University School of Medicine, followed by completion of a rigorous oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Detroit Medical Center, a major Level 1 trauma hospital.
